Yes. New Hampshire residents with qualifying medical conditions must register with the Therapeutic Cannabis Program to receive their therapeutic cannabis card before accessing dispensaries. Visiting patients must bring their therapeutic cannabis card (or equivalent) and a government-issued ID.

Certifying medical providers must be licensed in New Hampshire or a neighboring state. Under current New Hampshire laws, growing cannabis at home is still a criminal offense. GraniteLeaf Cannabis strongly supports making home cultivation a legal option, at least for registered patients and caregivers.
New Hampshire law allows patients to purchase two ounces (56.70g) of cannabis during a 10 day period. This is referred to as your “allotment.” It is not legal for patients to purchase or possess cannabis in excess of two ounces.
