Access to New Hampshire dispensaries is limited to qualified patients and caregivers who are registered with the state’s Therapeutic Cannabis Program and visiting patients who are registered with a medical cannabis program in another U.S. state or Canada.
Yes. New Hampshire residents with qualifying medical conditions must register with the Therapeutic Cannabis Program to receive their therapeutic cannabis card before accessing dispensaries. Visiting patients must bring their therapeutic cannabis card (or equivalent) and a government-issued ID.

New Hampshire law allows patients to purchase two ounces (56.70g) of cannabis during a 10 day period. This is referred to as your “allotment.” It is not legal for patients to purchase or possess cannabis in excess of two ounces.
